Overview:
We are partnering with a highly respected organization to identify an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in the Washington, DC area. This role is ideal for a polished, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and has experience supporting executive leadership — particularly within legal or compliance functions. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.


What you will be doing:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings

  • Manage complex travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Screen calls, manage correspondence, and handle sensitive communications with professionalism and confidentiality

  • Prepare, edit, and format business correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and executive-level activities

  • Support special projects and assist leadership with strategic initiatives

  • Conduct research and compile information for reports and executive summaries

  • Assist with onboarding of executives and consultants, including coordination of IT setup and workspace readiness

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination and supply management


What you must have:

  • 10+ years of executive administrative support experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years supporting a General Counsel or legal department (in-house or government)

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Zoom, VPN, and DocuSign

  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and executive schedules

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • U.S. Citizenship required

  • Ability to obtain a favorable DoD background investigation


Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

  • Experience in healthcare or government-related environments

  • Familiarity with programs such as TRICARE, VA, or Military Health System

  • Prior military service (a plus)

  • Experience working in high-profile, fast-paced executive environments

Salary/Rate Range: $102,000 – $113,000 + Benefits


Other Information:

  • Full-time, onsite role in Washington, DC

  • Occasional availability outside standard business hours may be required
