Overview:
The General Laborer supports day-to-day operations in both manufacturing and construction environments. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining work areas, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
What you will be doing:

Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment

Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision

Support assembly, production, or fabrication processes in a manufacturing setting

Perform site preparation tasks such as cleaning, digging, or debris removal
-
Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, or team leads
-
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
-
Help with equipment setup, maintenance, and breakdown
-
Perform routine inspections and report issues or hazards
-
Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, welders, or machine operators
What you must have:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Basic knowledge of tools and equipment

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (typically up to 50 lbs or more)

Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and in industrial settings

Ability to work in varying weather conditions (construction sites)
Salary/Rate Range: $18.00 -$26.00 hourly
