Overview:
We have an immediate opening for a litigation lawyer to join our Vancouver office, working in our specialty litigation group, specifically on Indigenous and environmental litigation matters. We are interested in a service-oriented and responsive lawyer who is able to plan and deliver on complex files. Previous experience at a major law firm is preferred.

What you must have:

• The successful candidate will bring strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, a solid grounding in public, administrative, and regulatory law, and a demonstrated interest in Indigenous legal issues and environmental regulation.

• The role requires comfort working on complex, high-stakes matters involving project approvals, regulatory proceedings, and litigation, as well as the ability to engage thoughtfully and respectfully with Indigenous law considerations.

• Strong judgment, collaboration skills, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams are essential.

Salary/Rate Range: $130,000.00 - $185,000.00
