What you will be doing:

Lead cross-functional coordination with data and analytics teams to project manage Lifecycle priorities, translate business needs to clear reporting and analysis requirements, and support the development and maintenance of self service tools for marketing performance and ROI tracking.

Support day-to-day engagement team analytics needs including advanced reporting, exploratory analyses and ongoing monitoring of program performance.

Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies across all channels (email, push & in-app) and stages of lifecycle

Conduct cohort and segmentation analyses and partner with data science teams on predictive modeling to understand customer lifecycle stages and inform model validation & optimization.

Partner closely with marketing, data analytics, and data science to develop and communicate a clear learning agenda / experimentation roadmap

Evangelize experimentation best practices across the lifecycle marketing organization by ensuring proper test design and implementation, prioritization of opportunities, and identifying actionable next steps based on findings.

Provide recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness, targeting, messaging, and creative elements.

Develop a deep understanding of audience capabilities and attribute definitions to support marketing and operations teams in delivering accurate and reliable insights for campaigns.

Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics.
What you must have:
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
5+ years of relevant data analytics experience in engagement, retention and/or growth marketing. Direct-to-consumer subscription, streaming and/or entertainment business experience is a plus.

Expertise manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends, and using a multitude of disparate data sources leveraging SQL

Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices with experience using Tableau or Looker to tell a story with data

Deep experience with A/B testing from design to interpretation of results and identifying actionable next steps

Highly skilled at simplifying complex problems, distilling data, and constructing compelling narratives to guide decision-making

Strong relationship building and communication skills with all levels of the organization
Salary/Rate Range: $75.00 - $77.00 an hour
