Base Salary Range: $66000 - $85000

What you will be doing:

• Perform stakeholder analysis and facilitate requirements gathering sessions

• Develop and maintain business analysis artifacts (business requirements, user stories, use cases, process models)

• Collaborate with technology teams and service providers to translate business requirements into solutions

• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and resolution

• Support change control, risk/issue management, and implementation activities

• Contribute to post-implementation support and operational readiness

What you must have:

• 2+ years of business analysis experience

• Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling

• Hands-on experience executing UAT activities

• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Salary/Rate Range: $66,000.00 - $85,000.00
