Job Opportunity for Plaintiff Elder Law Attorney with Established, Reputable Mid-Size Firm in LA
About the position:
- Work directly with firm partners and one other attorney on the team who is dedicated to prosecuting elder law cases

Job Description:
- Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs and trial briefs
- Take depositions
- Appear in court for hearings, status conferences, arguing motions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial
Requirements:
- Prior elder law experience req’d (plaintiff OR defense)
- Must reside in CA
- Trial experience preferred

Compensation: $200k-$250k base salary DOE + bonuses
