What you will be doing:

• Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs and trial briefs

• Take depositions

• Appear in court for hearings, status conferences, arguing motions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial

What you must have:

• Prior elder law experience req’d (plaintiff OR defense)

• Must reside in CA

• Trial experience preferred

• Soft Skills: positive attitude, team player, willing to take constructive criticism, driven, motivated. Alignment with core values around client service

Salary/Rate Range: $200,000-$250,000 base salary DOE + bonuses

• Work directly with firm partners and one other attorney on the team who is dedicated to prosecuting elder law cases
