What you will be doing:

• Provide direct, high-quality care to adult Med-Surg patients

• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition with confidence

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Initiate and manage patient care plans from admission through discharge

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes

• Float to other units as needed within your competency

What you must have:

• Strong Med-Surg experience with the ability to hit the ground running

• Calm, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced environments

• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach

• Active RN license (Oregon or compact if applicable)

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Med-Surg experience

• Ability to float as needed

Preferred:

• BSN

• CMSRN certification

Assignment Details

• Start: ASAP (flexible start dates available)

• Schedule: Full-time, rotating or set shifts (varies by unit)

• Contract Length: 13 weeks with strong extension potential
