What you will be doing:

• Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments

• Educate patients on medications and care plans with clarity and compassion

• Accurately complete clinical documentation and charting

• Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards

• Utilize electronic systems for data entry and patient record management (training provided)

What you must have:

• Active LVN license (required)

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player

• Willingness to meet compliance requirements in a regulated healthcare setting

Other Information:
Schedule & Work Environment

• 40 hours per week

• Flexible start date (Monday–Friday) with onboarding time built in

• Rotating schedule to meet patient care needs

• Every other weekend off
