Overview:
Our client in beautiful central Illinois is seeking a locum tenens otolaryngologist/surgeon to assist with their workload.
Setting:

• Level II trauma facility

• 10-14 patients per day, may be as high as 15

• Population varies greatly between pediatrics, adolescents, adults geriatrics, Medicare/Medicaid to post an accurate percentage. You must be comfortable with all ages.

• EMR: EPIC

• Support staff: 2 full-time RNs, 3 full-time CMAs, surgery scheduler.

• Number of physicians in department: 2 full-time, 1 part-time

Schedule

• Clinic and surgery: M-F - 8a-5p (to be determined)

• Call: 1 week per month, Monday-Sunday (night call M-F, 24-hour call Sat-Sun)

Procedures required

• All standard ENT surgical procedures

• In-office scopes

• Biopsies

• Ear tubes

Salary: $350 or higher - negotiable


Other Information:

• Malpractice provided by TEEMA

• Housing arranged and paid by TEEMA, or you can arrange and be reimbursed within client's parameters. A list of hotels where client has a corporate agreement can be provided

• Airfare or mileage reimburse

• Rental car reimbursed
