Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager on the Seller Client Experience team, you will bridge the gap between high-intent sellers and the real estate professionals who serve them. This is a high-visibility, strategic role focused on evolving the tools agents and teams use to manage seller leads and grow their sell-side business. You will collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and operations to drive meaningful results for our clients and the company.
 

What you will be doing:

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product roadmap for the Seller client experience, balancing impact, feasibility, and business requirements.

  • Insight-Driven Discovery: Synthesize data from top clients, stakeholders, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.

  • Full-Cycle Execution: Partner with Design, Engineering, and QA to ensure seamless delivery through every stage of the development lifecycle.

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Alignment: Lead cross-functional alignment and partner with GTM teams to launch new features successfully.

  • Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with Seller Consumer and Seller Platform PMs to ensure a cohesive experience across the entire Realtor.com ecosystem


What you must have:

  • 8+ Years of Product Experience: Proven track record in Product Management, ideally within Marketplace, Real Estate, or B2B SaaS.

  • Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of the B2B lead generation lifecycle and professional partner performance metrics.

  • Strategic Communication: Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable insights for both executive leadership and technical teams.

  • Bias for Action: A "build-measure-learn" mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Extreme Ownership: A high level of accountability and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.

  • Collaborative Leadership: A commitment to fostering inclusive, diverse, and high-performing cross-functional teams.
