Sterile Processing Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Sterile Processing Manager to lead critical sterilization and instrument processing operations within a dynamic healthcare environment. What You Will Do
- Oversee the decontamination, cleaning, sterilization, and storage of medical and surgical instruments in accordance with established protocols
- Ensure all instruments, trays, and equipment are accurately assembled and ready to support surgical and procedural teams
- Coordinate and distribute sterile supplies across departments to meet patient care needs
- Lead and support case cart preparation, ensuring alignment with physician preference cards and procedural requirements
- Monitor and document sterilization quality indicators (biological, chemical, and mechanical) to maintain compliance and safety standards
- Maintain inventory levels, receive supplies, and ensure efficient stock management within sterile processing and surgical areas
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Champion infection control practices and adherence to PPE and safety protocols
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance
- Ensure alignment with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards
- Foster a collaborative environment through strong communication and teamwork across clinical departments
What You Bring
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of a Sterile Processing Program preferred
Certifications
- Sterile Processing Certification preferred
Experience
- Previous sterile processing experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus
