Overview:
A fast-growing digital platform is seeking a Launch Advisor to onboard and guide partners through a high-impact network program. This role blends consultative sales, onboarding, and account management in a fast-paced, partner-facing environment.



What you will be doing:

  • Lead partners from kickoff through successful program launch

  • Conduct virtual presentations and product walkthroughs (Zoom)

  • Manage a portfolio of 25–30 partners/month with 30–45 day timelines

  • Drive engagement, follow-ups, and milestone completion

  • Support onboarding, training, and system setup

  • Collaborate internally to troubleshoot and keep launches on track

  • Transition partners to account management post-launch


What you must have:

  • 2–3+ years in sales, onboarding, or partner-facing roles

  • Strong ability to influence, present, and close

  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple deadlines

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Self-starter comfortable in a remote, fast-paced environment


Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Smartsheet, Gong, Google Suite

  • Background in onboarding, program management, or real estate


Other Information:

  • 6-Month Contract; Potential to Convert

  • 50% partner-facing / 50% internal collaboration

  • Structured onboarding + shadowing in first 30 days

  • Must adapt quickly and manage high volume
