We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team. This role is critical in enabling executives to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information, complex schedules, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Acting as a key liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, the Executive Assistant will ensure seamless communication and execution of day-to-day business operations.



What you will be doing:

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements, while anticipating needs and resolving scheduling conflicts

  • Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations; screen and prioritize incoming communications

  • Coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up on action items

  • Support leadership team meetings, off sites, and events, ensuring smooth execution and logistics

  • Maintain records, filing systems, expense reporting, and confidential documentation

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes as required

  • Oversee office coordination, including supplies, catering, workspace management, and general administrative support


What you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced, complex environment

  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with a high level of integrity and professionalism

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools

  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are considered an asset

  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders is an asset


Salary/Rate Range: $81,000.00 - $104,000.00
