What You’ll Do
As an MLS, you will play a critical role in the diagnostic process across multiple laboratory disciplines, including:
- Microbiology, Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Serology, Urinalysis, and more
- Perform, analyze, and interpret complex laboratory tests with a high level of accuracy
- Validate and correlate test results, ensuring clinical reliability
- Evaluate specimen integrity and request recollection when needed
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
- Mentor and guide students, interns, and team members

What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Science program
- MLS (ASCP) or equivalent certification required
- At least 1 year of clinical/hospital lab experience preferred
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
