Overview:
On behalf of a mature and profitable technology start-up, we are seeking a Junior Full-Stack Developer to work 100% remotely from anywhere in Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Computer Science graduate or an early-career developer to join a collaborative, experienced team and grow their skills across the full software development lifecycle. The company is a technology-driven organization specializing in client engagement solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Their flagship web application helps streamline operations and improve service delivery. They are also making a significant investment in AI—integrating AI tools into their development workflows and actively evolving from a traditional portal-based product company into an AI-driven technology organization. This role offers early exposure to that transition and the opportunity to build with modern AI-assisted tools and processes.

What you will be doing:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications using Angular (frontend) and C# / .NET Core (backend)

• Build and support RESTful APIs under guidance from senior developers

• Assist with deploying and maintaining applications in Microsoft Azure

• Work closely with team members to understand requirements and deliver features

• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for writing clean, maintainable code

• Use modern tools, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve productivity and code quality

• Help identify bugs, performance issues, and areas for improvement

What you must have:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Exposure to Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (projects, co-op, or professional experience)

• Some experience with C# and .NET (academic or hands-on)

• Basic understanding of APIs and web application architecture

• Familiarity with version control (Git)

• Strong willingness to learn and take feedback

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Nice to have:

• Co-op or internship experience in software development

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms

• Experience with testing or CI/CD concepts

• Interest in SaaS products or working in a startup environment

• Curiosity or early experience with AI tools, automation, or prompt-based development

• Familiarity with MSPs, IT services, or PSA tools
