Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting and serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders across a variety of business units. This role is focused on delivering top talent for complex, high-impact, and high-volume hiring needs, while driving speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoys building creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles across clinical, technical, and leadership functions.
What you will be doing:

Lead full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a strong candidate experience

Partner with hiring leaders to define requirements, align on expectations, and execute against hiring goals

Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining speed-to-fill and quality metrics

Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation, delivering qualified interview slates quickly

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms

Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruiting progress and market insights

Collaborate with leadership on offer development, compensation alignment, and hiring decisions

Support hiring initiatives across clinical, professional, technical, and leadership roles
-
Participate in career events, networking opportunities, and talent branding efforts
What you must have:

5+ years of full lifecycle corporate recruiting experience

Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced, metrics-driven environments

Strong sourcing expertise across multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and agencies

Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and speed

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Nice to have:

Experience recruiting across clinical, technical, and leadership roles

Background supporting hiring in complex or regulated environments

Exposure to Service Contract Act or similar compliance-based hiring

Experience supporting government or contract-driven workforce models
