Civil Litigation Attorney position available with a mid-sized civil litigation firm that specializes in employment defense, construction litigation, business litigation, real estate and commercial matters.
The role:
• Draft responses to demand letters, take and defend depositions, represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations. Create and revise employment handbooks
• Congenial group looking for an independent thinker who can move the case forward, work collaboratively as part of a team, and engage in strategy discussion with team shareholder
Requirements:
• 5-7 years target experience level
• 1850 billables
