What you will be doing:

• Addition of a new 345 kV terminal in the vicinity of the Proponent specified location

• Protection, controls and communications for the protection and control of the new 345 kV terminal.

• Protection, control and communications located at the proponent’s Substation(s) as required for transmission operations and protection coordination.

• Addition of a dead-end tower structure along the right of way that will serve to separate transmission line 3011 for new transmission line tap 3200 intoBrighton Mountain Terminal, including two new 345kV tap structures.

What you must have:

• Must be a qualified journeyman lineman holding a certificate of qualification issued under the Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Act. 

• Minimum 20-year experience with NB Power as a Power Line Technician (PLT) in substations and terminals with supervisory experience.
