What you will be doing:

  • Act as the enterprise change management analyst for supplier impacts and supplier experience, ensuring a cross-functional, end-to-end view of how changes collectively affect suppliers.

  • Conduct integrated change impact assessments across all initiatives and functions

  • Support the change management scope from start to end in a series of change processes allowing the optimum transition of the organization, identifying risk while optimizing its change readiness.

  • Support executive analysis, stakeholder management, develop high level impacts/risks to change, develop overall change readiness strategy, participate in the definition of the communication strategy, while always ensuring business and project alignment

  • Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders (Change Management Expert, Change Management Agents, Communications and training team members to ensure strong integration and adoption of the solution.

  • Nurture strategic relationships with key sponsors, leaders, employees and suppliers

  • Define, maintain, and govern a unified supplier experience roadmap and communication/engagement plan

  • Deliver agreed upon change management milestones.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple streams and system implementations and key suppliers to align change impacts, coordinate communications, KPIs and ensure end-to-end adoption readiness.

  • Proactively share Change management best practices


What you must have:

  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational change management

  • You hold at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • You have a deep understanding of the manufacturing environment and associated processes, as well as the organizational and human challenges related to business process changes.

  • You have demonstrated solid experience in project management

  • You have extensive experience working with unionized employees on previous projects.

  • You have a good understanding of human resources and the processes associated with business process changes.

  • Experience with SAP, Workforce and People Fluent is an asset

  • You are bilingual (French and English)
