Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support business leaders and employees in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can operate as a trusted advisor while also managing day-to-day HR initiatives across performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and talent development.

What you must have:
Strategic HR Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals.

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change initiatives.

  • Coach leaders on performance, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership development.

  • Use data and analytics to provide insights and support informed decision-making.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and the employee experience.

Talent Management & Development

  • Lead talent reviews and succession planning efforts.

  • Partner with leaders to create career development and retention strategies.

  • Support a culture of continuous feedback, growth, and high performance.

Employee Relations & HR Operations

  • Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and confidentiality.

  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, and development planning.

  • Partner with HR Operations on leaves of absence, accommodations, and return-to-work processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Change Management & Communication

  • Support leaders through organizational changes with a focus on communication and employee experience.

  • Partner with internal communications to deliver clear and timely messaging.

  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Advocate for employees and foster a positive, equitable work environment.

  • Analyze employee feedback and workforce trends to inform HR strategies.

  • Support programs that enhance engagement, recognition, and well-being.


What you must have:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting senior leaders.

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.

  • Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience navigating change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
