What you will be doing:

• Collect and understand the business context, business needs and the impact of requests on the Ministry's processes;

• Translate needs into measurable indicators and reports/dashboards;

• Set up Salesforce reports;

• Create executive dashboards (filtering, segmentation, drill-down);

• Implement controls, validation rules, monitoring of anomalies;

• Define KPIs and document them;

• Train users to read and interpret the indicators;

• Participate in the optimization of processes;

• Prepare management reports for business sectors;

• Document operational procedures and guides; Build datasets, KPIs, visualizations, metrics.

What you must have:

• Have a minimum of three years of experience in data analysis (BI, reporting, KPis);

• Have one year of experience specifically on Salesforce (reports, dashboards, objects);

• Have completed at least two mandates with the creation of executive dashboards and KPI governance.
