- Partner with product management, marketing, and sales teams to support go-to-market activity
- Help develop sales tools, target customer lists, and market-facing resources
- Attend technical conferences and industry events for networking, lead generation, and market visibility

- Demonstrated success generating new business and closing technical sales in complex environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to maintenance, reliability, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical, product, marketing, and commercial teams
- Willingness to travel as required
Nice to Have
- Experience selling predictive maintenance platforms, industrial sensors, reliability software, vibration monitoring solutions, or machine-health analytics
- Background working with plant reliability, maintenance engineering, or industrial asset performance teams

Overall Fit
This role is best suited for a commercially strong, technically credible business development professional who understands why industrial customers invest in reliability and predictive maintenance solutions. The right person will be able to identify opportunities, build trust with technical buyers, and position monitoring solutions as a way to reduce risk, improve uptime, and support smarter maintenance decisions.
