Base Salary Range: $50000 - $85000

Overview:
We are looking for a QA Tester with strong manual testing experience to support software quality initiatives across Agile teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced in executing test cases, identifying defects, and supporting release testing activities.


What you will be doing:

• Perform manual, regression, and smoke testing

• Write and execute test cases

• Log and track defects clearly using Jira or Azure DevOps

• Work closely with developers and product teams in an Agile environment

• Support onboarding of a junior QA tester after the first month

What you must have:

• Experience with manual software testing

• Strong test case creation and execution skills

• Experience with defect tracking and Agile workflows

• Familiarity with Jira and/or Azure DevOps

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Nice to have:

• ISTQB CTFL certification

• API testing experience using Postman

• Basic SQL knowledge

• Mentoring or onboarding experience

Salary/Rate Range: Junior $50,000- $60,000; Lead $75,000 - $85k,000
