Overview:
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, driven, a self-starter, detail oriented and a people person. This position requires a minimum of two years’ experience working as a personal injury pre-lit case manager. Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is required. We are looking for someone for the long-term who wants to grow their legal career with us. This is an in-office position (Torrance) requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
 

What you will be doing:

• Managing a caseload of up to 60+ cases at any given time.

• Opening insurance claims and sending letters of representation.

• Obtaining evidence such as traffic reports, police reports, pictures.

• Collecting medical records and bills.

• Scheduling and monitoring client’s medical treatments.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and collecting information.

• Scanning/saving files, mail, etc. pertaining to cases.

• Overseeing case manager assistant

• Assisting with intake specialist when needed to evaluate intakes, help sign new clients up, etc.

Salary/Rate Range: $83,000.00 - $94,000.00
