Overview:
We are supporting a well-established, growing organization in the industrial sector undergoing a significant IT transformation. They are looking for a strong IT Project Manager to lead key infrastructure, ITSM, and cybersecurity initiatives.
What you will be doing:

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT infrastructure and security projects

Drive ITSM toolset optimization and alignment with ITIL best practices

Manage infrastructure initiatives including firewall replacements and server virtualization
-
Support planning and execution of the cybersecurity roadmap
-
Coordinate across IT teams, business stakeholders, desktop support, and external vendors

Provide clear project governance, risk management, status reporting, and executive updates
What you must have:
-
Strong Project Management - PMP, 8+ years of Project Management. Ability to balance multiple mid-sized projects

Infrastructure - Proven experience leading IT infrastructure projects and ITSM implementations (Freshworks experience is a big plus

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination - Excellent ability to manage multiple teams (IT, business, desktop support, vendors) and senior stakeholders in a hybrid environment
Nice to have:
-
Practical ITIL experience or certification
-
Background in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site operations
-
PMP certification
Salary/Rate Range: $95 – $104 CAD/hour all-inclusive (contractor)
