What you will be doing:

  • Leading cloud infrastructure operations, ensuring service reliability, security, and operational excellence

  • Overseeing incident management, change management, resource planning, and day to day service delivery

  • Managing and delivering cloud projects including deployments, migrations, enhancements, and ongoing solution support

  • Driving continuous improvement through process reviews, documentation, reporting, and operational enhancements

  • Partnering with the Manager, Technical Operations to plan and implement changes that improve service quality and efficiency

  • Providing strong people leadership through coaching, performance management, and team development

  • Breaking down silos and fostering collaboration across IS teams and business stakeholders

  • Giving team members the tools, training, and ownership they need to deliver effectively

  • Planning and leveraging resources across a distributed, remote team

  • Ensuring cloud services and operations align with business priorities, service levels, and security standards

  • Working with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Supporting governance, compliance, and secure configuration practices across cloud environments



What you must have:

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud enterprise management, including leadership roles

  • Strong operational background with experience running cloud services in complex environments

  • 5+ years of technical operations management and leading technical project implementations

  • Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and cloud operations best practices

  • 5+ years managing Windows Server, and ideally Linux, environments

  • 5+ years building and leading high performing technical teams

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across IS teams and business stakeholders

  • Experience managing distributed, remote teams

  • Ability to plan effectively, delegate, and empower team members—without needing to be hands on in every technical area

  • Ability to provide technical direction, remove roadblocks, and guide teams through complex operational challenges

  • Comfortable balancing technical leadership with people management and operational planning


Salary/Rate Range: $130,000.00 - $148,000.00
