What you will be doing:

  • Lead and support full contract lifecycle management activities

  • Prepare and administer contracts, service agreements, work orders, and purchase orders

  • Support sourcing activities including RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, and commercial negotiations

  • Manage change orders, contract amendments, and claims processes

  • Coordinate with project teams, operations, legal, and vendors to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery

  • Review scope changes, pricing schedules, milestones, and commercial terms

  • Support contractor performance management and issue resolution

  • Maintain contract documentation, reporting, and commercial records

  • Participate in project meetings and stakeholder discussions as required


What you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Contracts Administration, Supply Chain, or Contract Management

  • Experience supporting construction, industrial, energy, or major capital projects

  • Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM and construction contracts

  • Experience managing change orders, claims, and contractor negotiations

  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
