-
Lead project forecasting and attend forecasting reviews with project teams
-
Assist with risk management, including development of Risk Registers and Mitigation Plans
-
Conduct regular site visits and QC inspections to ensure conformance with contract documents and shop drawings
-
Mentor, develop, and evaluate project staff across assigned projects
-
Champion a strong safety, ethics, and compliance culture on all projects
What you must have:

Minimum 8 years of building construction leadership experience with a General Contractor — healthcare project experience is required
-
Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
-

Comfortable with lean construction principles and continuous improvement practices
-
Able to reliably work on-site in Red Deer, AB; travel M–F with LOA considered for the right candidate
What Sets You Apart
-
You have led complex, occupied or phased construction projects in healthcare or similar institutional environments
-
You anticipate risk before it becomes a problem and build mitigation plans proactively
-
