What you will be doing:

  • Support the planning and coordination of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations implementation, including scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Partner with business stakeholders and the implementation partner to confirm requirements, business process decisions, and solution design priorities.

  • Coordinate project governance activities, including status reporting, steering committee materials, action logs, RAID tracking, and decision management.

  • Help align project workstreams across process design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, and go-live readiness.

  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive issue resolution, clarify business needs, and maintain project momentum.

  • Support change management and business readiness activities, including communications, training coordination, user adoption planning, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing activities, defect triage, and validation of business scenarios to help ensure the solution meets operational requirements. •

  • Work with data owners and technical resources to support data migration planning, validation, and cutover readiness.

  • Track implementation risks, escalations, and cross-functional dependencies, and proactively support mitigation planning.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support post-go-live stabilization, knowledge transfer, and transition to business-as-usual support.


What you must have:

  • Proven experience supporting ERP or other business systems implementations; Dynamics 365 Project Operations experience is strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles, including requirements gathering, process design, testing, data migration, training, cutover, and stabilization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications in a complex multi-party environment while also documenting requirements and supporting business process decisions.

  • Experience leading workshops, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and translating business needs into actionable requirements and delivery plans.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess impacts, resolve issues, and support sound decision-making.

  • Excellent facilitation, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels of the organization.

  • Professional services, project-based accounting, or resource management experience is considered an asset.

  • PMP certification is preferred.

  • University degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 


Salary/Rate Range: $90.00 -$100.00/hour
