What you will be doing:
As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to help children reach their full potential.

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff

  • Provide parent and caregiver coaching and education

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care

  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards


What you must have:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

  • Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams

  • Passion for improving the lives of children with autism


Other Information:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000; Compensation varies by market and experience.

  • Uncapped Monthly Bonus Opportunity

  • Guaranteed Annual Bonus available in many markets
