Overview:
This person will be a key acontributor to the AxeoS in-house data platform build — a strategic pivot away from a previous vendor partnership. The team is consolidating data functions and building an internal platform using open-source, vendor-neutral technologies. The new hire will work alongside internal leads who bring deep Axeo product knowledge, while contributing external industry expertise and a fresh perspective to help design and deliver robust data solutions.


What you must have:

• LTP OLAP Data Movement - Hands-on, production experience moving data from transactional to analytical databases

• Change Data Capture (CDC) - Practical experience with CDC tools and concepts

• Apache Iceberg - Strong understanding of Iceberg table format and OLAP data modeling in Iceberg

• Data Modeling- Ability to design and understand both OLTP and OLAP data models

• ETL / Data Transformation - End-to-end data transformation experience

• Open Source Data Tools - Experience with tools such as Debezium (DBZ), Apache Flink, Apache Kafka

• AWS - Ability to deploy and manage solutions on AWS (infrastructure awareness expected)

• End-to-End Mindset - Must be able to work across the full solution — infrastructure to data layer
