Phoenix, Arizona • Direct Hire • July 13, 2026 • 89053
Job Title: VP of HR
Job ID: 89053
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Overview:
Build the Leadership Engine Behind a Growing Employee-Owned Company. Our client is a rapidly growing, 100% employee-owned (ESOP) organization headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. As they continue expanding their workforce, they are committed to scaling with intention while preserving the culture, accountability, grit, and ownership mindset that define who they are. This is not a traditional HR leadership role. They're seeking a trusted leader, strategic operator, and systems builder who can inspire and develop leaders across the organization, connect authentically with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees, and build the people systems necessary to support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will partner closely with executive leadership to strengthen recruiting, leadership development, and organizational infrastructure while creating an environment where employee-owners feel valued, empowered, and connected to a shared purpose. Leadership here means building trust through action, serving others well, and creating opportunities for people to grow alongside the company they help build.
What you will be doing:

-
Design and implement leadership development programs for front-line leaders, supervisors, and managers.
-
Build succession planning strategies and high-potential employee development pathways.
