What you will be doing:

• Define and drive overall Product strategy and priorities.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Product Management team.

• Own and evolve Product roadmaps based on customer, market, and business needs.

• Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership.

• Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities and evolving requirements.

• Support Product commercialization, launches, positioning, and growth.

• Help advance the company's data, analytics, AI, and software capabilities.

What you must have:

• Product Management Leadership: 12+ years of Product Management experience, including experience leading Product Managers and Product teams within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.

• Energy & Commodities Experience: Strong experience within energy, commodities, utilities, or a closely related industry.

• Data & Analytics Products: Significant experience leading enterprise data, analytics, or software products from strategy and roadmap through development, launch, and adoption.

• Commercial Product Experience: Proven experience bringing new products and capabilities to market, including customer discovery, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and commercialization.

• Priority will be given to candidates with experience with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data-driven products.

Salary/Rate Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00
