What you will be doing:

• Provide robust application and technical support to critical 24/7 global business applications.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on application architecture, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure integration.

• Follow information security protocols and strictly adhere to the governance framework governing the platform's applications.

What you will be doing:

• Incident & Issue Management: Investigate complex production issues and effectively coordinate resolution across stakeholders, clients, software vendors, and technology specialists to ensure timely remediation.

• Deployment & Lifecycle Support: Support the product deployment lifecycle for new releases, system standards, and emergency patches.

• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Prepare and maintain business continuity plans, technical architecture diagrams, and disaster recovery procedures. Ensure support documentation remains accurate and published within prescribed bank tools.

• Project & Migration Support: Provide production support for ongoing projects, providing timely status updates and risk reports. Coordinate post-migration validation and end-to-end testing within the production environment.

• Governance & Continuous Improvement: Participate in governance and audit initiatives, address non-compliance findings, participate in major incident situation reviews, and document post-incident reports.

•  Innovation: Contribute to the APS transformation by actively working to transform Business-As-Usual (BAU) and legacy support processes into an AI framework.

What you must have:
Technical Experience

• 5+ Years: Unix Commands, Unix Scripting, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, WebSphere, Tomcat, Autosys, MQ, CFT, EFT, Windows Servers
