What you will be doing:

• Managing servers and products (e.g., BeyondTrust Remote Support, Lexmark Markvision, LRS Printing Solution).

• Managing network printer configurations across the Americas region.

• Managing separated Intune infrastructure for workstations. 

• Patching, firmware updates, and remediation of security vulnerabilities.

• Providing level 3 management for end users and workstations, assisting other IT teams including the Service Desk.

• Participating in local and global projects to implement server-based solutions.

• Adhering to strict processes of Change Management and application lifecycle deployment.

What you must have:

• Experience: 10 years in IT.

• Packaging/OS Integration: 7 years of experience.

• OS Upgrades: Experience in migration/upgrade of Windows 10/11 on a large scale.

• SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager: Deployment of OS, software, and centralized management.

• Application Packaging: Creation, modification, and deployment (MSI, EXE).

• Windows Imaging: Creation and maintenance of Windows images.

• OS Update Management: Deployment of security patches and feature updates (e.g., Windows 10 22H2 to Windows 11).

• n-Place Upgrade: Experience with Windows server upgrades without full reinstallation.

• GPO & Active Directory: Creation and management of group policies for user/workstation security.
