Job Title: Senior Network & Cisco Webex Engineer

What you will be doing:

• Take primary ownership of Cisco Webex Contact Center and Webex Calling

• Manage call routing, queues, agents, reporting, integrations and complex escalations

• Provide Tier 3 support across DNS, VPNs, Meraki networking and managed SD-WAN

• Coordinate technical issues with Cisco TAC, New Era Technology and network providers

• Support infrastructure and security-hardening projects across network, server and endpoint environments

• Provide operational support for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Windows Server and virtualization platforms

What you must have:

• 7+ years of senior network, infrastructure or unified communications engineering experience

• Deep hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Contact Center and Webex Calling

• Strong understanding of enterprise voice, call flows, routing, integrations and UCaaS environments

• Experience troubleshooting DNS, VPN, switching, wireless and firewall issues

• Working knowledge of Meraki cloud networking and managed SD-WAN environments

• Strong Tier 3 troubleshooting, vendor coordination and technical project leadership skills
