Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architecture Advisor to support our strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for mastering business models, evaluating opportunities, and designing solutions that align with strategic planning and enterprise architecture standards.


What you will be doing:

• Business Alignment: Master the business model of the sector for which you are responsible.

• Strategic Advisory: Evaluate business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

• Solution Design: Conceive solutions consistent with strategic planning and client enterprise architecture requirements.

• Documentation: Author opportunity dossiers, business cases, strategic presentation decks, impact analyses, and relevant studies.

• Deliverables: Develop prescribed business architecture deliverables and ensure artifacts are deposited in the enterprise repository.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure solution development complies with customer experience standards and business case specifications.

• Architectural Integration: Participate in the Integration and Architecture Board (TIA), contributing to the resolution of architectural-level problems.

• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate interaction between stakeholders during solution design and development.

What you must have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the IT field.

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience specifically as a Business Architecture Advisor.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Mastery of process modeling techniques (BPMN).

  • Strong knowledge of BABOK and BIZBOK frameworks.

  • Proficiency in continuous improvement and process optimization (Lean/Six Sigma).

  • Experience with Enterprise Architect tool and ArchiMate language.

• Project History: Completed at least five (5) mandates (each 60+ days) aimed at designing business solutions/models, involving online services or digital transformation.

• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated experience in conducting opportunity studies, preliminary analyses, impact analyses, and strategic business cases.

• Language: Mastery of French is mandatory.

• Documentation: Must provide MIFI equivalency for foreign diplomas if requested.
