Overview:
We are seeking a senior, structured, and analytical professional to join our team as a Senior Advisor for Capacity Management. This role is central to a significant transformation project involving the deployment of Planisware, scaling from 300 users to nearly 10,000 by January 2027. The successful candidate will contribute to the evolution of practices, tools, methods, and processes related to capacity management, ensuring alignment with business priorities and project delivery requirements within a large, complex organizational structure.


What you will be doing:

  • Practice Evolution: Define and improve practices, tools, methods, and processes related to capacity management.

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure tight alignment with business priorities, departmental needs, and investment plan delivery issues.

  • Governance & Reporting: Manage governance, performance indicators, and accountability mechanisms in a large-scale, structured environment.

  • Stakeholder Management: Influence, counsel, and challenge stakeholders with tact. Manage competing priorities and evolving needs while navigating complex, matrix environments.

  • Analysis & Communication: Diagnose complex issues, synthesize information, and provide concrete, realistic solutions. Translate complex data into clear reports for executive decision-making.



What you must have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, capacity management, or resource planning.

  • Organizational Scope: Experience working in large, complex, or highly structured matrix environments.

  • Methodology: Strong knowledge of project and program management practices.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).

    • User-level knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint.

    • Proficiency in project or portfolio management tools (Planisware or Project Online).

  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
