What you will be doing:

• Define the target MDM architecture.

• Design master data models and establish business rules.

• Mentor and guide the development team (EBX, Datastage, and integration teams).

• Ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of master data.

• Collaborate closely with both business and technology stakeholders.

• Contribute to the strategic orientations and roadmap of the MDM solution.

What you must have:

• Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT.

  • 10+ years of experience in data management, architecture, and business intelligence.

  • 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).

• Technical Skills:

  • Concrete experience with MDM tools, specifically TIBCO EBX.

  • Proficiency in data modeling and data architecture.

  • Knowledge of data governance and quality practices.

  • Familiarity with integration environments (Datastage, Kafka, APIs, or equivalent).

• Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams in large-scale data governance programs.

• Language: Must be bilingual (French/English).
