Overview:
A multi-year digital transformation program building a modern, composable Enterprise Client Relationship Management (eCRM) platform. The solution uses an Angular front end, Azure back end, and a leading enterprise CRM platform. The goal is to replace aging systems with reusable business components that deliver a unified view of clients and their interactions.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and enhance Angular 20+ applications within a composable architecture

• Build and extend reusable components while minimizing custom code

• Modify existing code and create new modules based on approved designs and coding standards

• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Backend, BA, QA, and UX teams

• Support multi-environment deployments (Dev, QA, Staging, Production)

• Participate in continuous delivery using Git and Azure DevOps Pipelines

• Provide effort estimates and deliver against timelines

• Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting in a full-stack environment

• Follow Agile-Iterative delivery practices and contribute to technical documentation

What you must have:

• Minimum 3 years as an Angular Developer in complex environments, including:

  • Angular 20+

  • HTML, JSON, CSS, SASS

  • Reactive programming

  • Agile or Hybrid delivery

  • Production-ready, well-tested code

  • Azure DevOps (including boards)

  • Strong understanding of solutions from design through to code

• Minimum 5 years broader technical experience, including:

  • Web application development across modern frameworks and languages

  • Open-source frameworks for microservices

  • Accurate estimating and delivery

  • Root-cause analysis

  • Strong critical reasoning and communication skills

  • End-to-end delivery of complex systems

Strong Assets

• Public sector experience

• Azure DevOps Pipelines + Git (CI/CD)

• Integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft)

• Enterprise CRM platforms (e.g. Oracle Fusion Sales & Service)

• Business Process Management / Rules Engines

• Microsoft Graph or SharePoint

Other Information:
Duration: 12 months (starting late August 2026), with strong potential for extension
