Overview:
Our client is seeking a strategic workforce leader to help shape the future of its Enterprise IT organization. This role focuses on ensuring the technology workforce has the skills, leadership capabilities, and talent strategies required to support evolving business priorities and emerging technologies. Working closely with senior technology leaders and People & Culture, you will design workforce strategies, capability roadmaps, learning initiatives, succession plans, and workforce readiness programs that prepare the organization for long-term success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex workforce challenges while partnering across both business and technology teams.


What you will be doing:

• Develop enterprise workforce strategies aligned with future technology and business priorities.

• Lead workforce planning, capability assessments, succession planning, and skills-based workforce initiatives.

• Design learning, upskilling, reskilling, leadership development, and career development programs.

• Assess the workforce impact of emerging technologies, including AI, and develop readiness strategies.

• Partner with technology leaders and People & Culture to identify capability gaps and implement practical workforce solutions.

• Support organizational readiness by translating workforce strategy into measurable programs and initiatives.

What you must have:

• 5–7+ years of experience in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, capability development, talent management, learning and development, or workforce transformation within technology-driven organizations.

• Experience developing workforce strategies, capability roadmaps, leadership development, or succession planning initiatives.

• Candidates may come from either an IT transformation or People & Culture background, provided they have experience partnering with technology organizations and supporting technology leaders.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple business functions.

• Comfortable working in ambiguity, connecting strategic priorities with practical execution, and driving workforce initiatives from concept through implementation.

Salary/Rate Range: $95,000.00 - $142,000.00
