What you will be doing:

• Development & Configuration: Adjust custom applications and code through configuration; write, test, analyze, and implement high-quality code in accordance with specifications.

• Technical Implementation: Configure integrations and connectors between Salesforce.com and other applications.

• Requirements Translation: Translate complex business requirements into well-designed solutions, ensuring adherence to internal processes.

• Quality Assurance: Design and manage execution plans for testing; execute test scripts for STT and regression testing to ensure solution quality.

• Troubleshooting: Perform deep-dive analyses to identify and resolve bugs and data processing issues.

• Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with the delivery team and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

• Technical Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities.

What you must have:

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using the Salesforce CRM.

• Project History: Proven experience in at least one API integration project involving testing and basic CI/CD with the Salesforce CRM solution.

• Customization: Previous experience participating in Salesforce customization projects.

• Professional Maturity: Ability to work effectively within a multi-level team environment.

• Language: Fluent in French.
