Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated real estate attorney with at least 5 years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions.


What you will be doing:

• Provide clients with premium top-tier service.

• Be solutions-oriented and exercise common sense.  

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Have exceptional interpersonal skills with clients and co-workers (i.e., high EQ and customer service skills).

• Remain organized and able to work well under tight deadlines, handle multiple, detailed tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.

• Anticipate problems and issues and make the lives of clients easier: identify issues, quantify risk and make sound, actionable recommendations.

What you must have:

• ?????? It is essential for candidates to have experience with commercial leasing and acquisitions/dispositions.

• Must have a proven ability to manage matters with minimal oversight.

• Large law firm experience is a plus.

• A strong academic background and excellent writing skills are essential.

• Candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of California. 

Salary/Rate Range: $220,000 - $260,000
