  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead and perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday Extend apps and integrations. Develop test cases and use scenarios to validate that solutions meet requirements and perform reliably. Identify and fix defects or performance bottlenecks. Troubleshoot and resolve application or integration errors; engage Workday support (or other vendors) for product issues when necessary. Communicate resolution and updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Participate in an on-call rotation or after-hours support as required to maintain critical integrations and systems.

  • Project Leadership & Coordination: For larger initiatives or projects (e.g. rollout of a new Workday module or major Workday Feature), serve as a technical lead or coordinator. This includes estimating effort, defining technical approach, coordinating with other specialists/ analysts ensuring deliverables meet requirements and deadlines. Mentor junior analysts in the team by providing guidance on Workday techniques, reviewing their work, and sharing best practices.

Familiarity with Workday data model, business process framework, orchestrations and security configuration. Ability to build and troubleshoot complex integrations and custom applications.

  • Programming & API Skills: Proficiency with web service technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON).
