What you will be doing:

  • Perform electrical service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within occupied commercial facilities.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.

  • Ensure all work complies with current National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.

  • Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, customers, subcontractors, and other trades.

  • Complete daily reports, labor tracking, material usage, and project documentation.

  • Utilize company software for time entry, project tracking, and change order documentation.

  • Assist with job walks, estimating, material takeoffs, and procurement.

  • Monitor project schedules and communicate project status, timelines, and potential issues.

  • Promote a safety-first culture while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.


What you must have:

  • Minimum 5 years of Journeyman Electrician experience in commercial construction or facilities.

  • Experience working in occupied commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, high-rise, or multi-tenant environments.

  • Strong understanding of current National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical plans.

  • OSHA 10 certification preferred.

  • Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
