Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Enablement Analyst to join their team.


What you will be doing:
Digital Enablement intake and Pipeline Visibility

  • Coordinate intake for digital enablement and technology-related requests.

  • Clarify business need, expected value, ownership, required information, dependencies, risks, readiness, and next steps.

  • Maintain pipeline visibility across digital enablement, modernization, automation, data enablement, platform assessment, renewals, and technical debt work.

  • Track status, ownership, constraints, decision points, sequencing considerations, and recommended progression paths.

  • Support a consistent intake and triage approach that improves transparency and request quality.

Assessment, Gating and Prioritization Support

  • Apply intake, gating, readiness, and assessment criteria to support consistent evaluation, routing, prioritization input, and decision preparation.

  • Assess requests against scope, value, risk, ownership, dependencies, readiness, and capacity considerations.

  • Prepare rationale for requests that should proceed, pause, defer, redirect, or escalate.

  • Identify missing information or recurring issues and recommend improvements to criteria, tools, templates, and guidance.

Modernization, Lifecycle and Technical Debt

  • Support modernization, lifecycle, platform assessment, renewal, rationalization, and technical debt analysis.

  • Coordinate with business areas and delivery partners to clarify problem statements, value, readiness, dependencies, constraints, and decision points.

  • Prepare summaries, trackers, and decision-support materials for leadership review.

Stakeholder Coordination and Opportunity Shaping

  • Engage business areas, IST partners, product owners, sponsors, and governance participants to clarify needs, options, dependencies, and decision requirements.

  • Translate emerging requests into structured opportunity profiles, problem statements, assessment summaries, and recommended progression paths.

  • Support working sessions, intake reviews, and follow-up activities to maintain momentum.

  • Promote consistent documentation, evidence standards, and decision-framing.

Reporting, Tracking and Leadership Decision Support

  • Prepare regular reporting for DEA and leadership on demand, status, progress, constraints, outcomes, risks, and decisions required.

  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, decision logs, and status views that support transparency and follow-through.

  • Provide concise analysis and summaries for leadership briefings, prioritization discussions, and modernization planning.

Working Methods, Documentation and Transition Support

  • Document working methods, templates, assessment criteria, intake guidance, reporting approaches, and decision-support materials.

  • Recommend improvements to intake, triage, assessment, prioritization, tracking, and reporting practices.

  • Support knowledge transfer and transition guidance for in-flight work, open decisions, unresolved constraints, and ongoing reporting needs.


What you must have:

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in digital enablement, business analysis, strategic coordination, modernization, technology planning, or related enterprise work. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

  • Experience coordinating structured intake, assessment, prioritization support, stakeholder engagement, and reporting in a complex environment.

  • Experience preparing analysis, briefings, dashboards, trackers, business cases, or decision-support materials for leadership or governance purposes.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in digital transformation, data enablement, technical debt, strategic planning, governance, or enterprise modernization.

  • Working knowledge of SDLC and delivery approaches.

  • Experience applying business case, value assessment, and decision-framing concepts.

  • Experience in a pension, benefits, public sector, or regulated environment.

  • Ability to prepare concise briefings, dashboards, trackers, business cases, decision logs, and status reporting.

  • Comfort working in an evolving environment where requests, processes, accountabilities, and tools may still be forming.

  • Proactive and accountable in moving work forward while respecting established governance, sponsorship, funding, and decision-making authority.
