What you will be doing:

  • Requirements Gathering: Participate in business and executive meetings to gather requirements and make recommendations for reporting and BI solutions.

  • Analysis & Documentation: Translate conceptual customer requirements into clear functional requirements for developers, project, and analytics teams. Independently develop business requirement documents and technical/functional specifications.

  • Reporting & Development: Design, build, deliver, and maintain reporting for Logistics Inbound & Outbound business areas using Power BI, AI, and other dashboard tools.

  • Process & Data Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of business processes and data sets within SAP ECC/S4 and other connected applications. Use knowledge of data tables and visualization capabilities to suggest data quality tools and dashboards.

  • Product Ownership: Prioritize work, features, and user stories based on stakeholder feedback and business value. Ensure tools follow a roadmap that sustains future growth.

  • Support & Collaboration: Collaborate with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. Assist in daily end-user support for the reporting platform, including data loads and updates.

  • Communication: Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.


What you must have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a hybrid functional/business role with a strong technical foundation and experience in business/technical requirements analysis.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in BI concepts and Data Warehouse.

    • Experience with Power BI and creating reports/dashboards.

    • Experience with SAP ECC/S4 (specifically EWM, MM, or TMS).

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and vulgarization skills, analytical mindset (data-driven/problem-solving), autonomy, initiative, collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong interest in innovation and new technologies.
