What you will be doing:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance features within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other squad members to deliver platform enhancements

• Contribute to ongoing product development rather than a single fixed project initiative

• Support multiple feature streams across the Service Cloud environment

• Participate in team planning sessions, backlog grooming, and technical discussions

• Provide updates and communicate progress clearly to team members and stakeholders

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform as they arise

• Maintain strong documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

What you must have:

• 3–6+ years of Salesforce development experienc

• Strong experience working within Salesforce Service Cloud environments

• Experience developing and supporting Salesforce features in an agile product team environment

• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Salary/Rate: $67.00/hour
