What you will be doing:

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and deliverables aligned with project objectives.

• Leadership: Lead OCM activities for the Demand Management Planning program and future transformation initiatives.

• Impact Assessment: Evaluate organizational impacts related to changes in processes, governance, data, technology, and operating models.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate resistance, ensuring adoption and buy-in.

• Governance Support: Support project governance and ensure OCM activities are integrated into overall project realization plans.

• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs regarding adoption, organizational readiness, and change effectiveness to drive successful implementation.

• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing refinement of OCM practices.

What you must have:

• Experience: 10+ years (or approaching) in Organizational Change Management (Hybrid PM/OCM roles accepted if senior).

• Transformations: Proven participation in major projects involving complex, large-scale transformations.

• Tactical Execution: Demonstrated ability to intervene effectively at the project level, beyond advisory roles. Proven practical approach and strong tactical execution skills.

• Project Management: Solid experience in project management.

• Change Scope: Experience managing digital, cultural, operational, and process transformation initiatives.

• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, executive presence, and communication skills.

• Language: Bilingual (English and French).
